Job Description:

The Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency in production processes.

- Managing and supervising a team of workers to achieve production targets.

- Maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

- Resolving any operational issues and implementing solutions to improve productivity.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and other departments.

- Communicating effectively with management and providing regular reports on production status.

- Demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
