**Job Title:** Store Assistant  

**Location:** Oxford Rd, Manchester M13 9PR, United Kingdom  

**Salary:** £12.70-£14.55 per hour  

**Responsibilities:**  

1. **Customer Service:** Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing excellent service.

2. **Stock Management:** Receive, unload, and unpack deliveries. Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized storage areas.

3. **Cashier Duties:** Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and provide receipts to customers.

4. **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

5. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the store's products and promotions to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.

6. **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

7. **Compliance:** Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guidelines for handling cash and products.

**Requirements:**  

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

6. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
