Office Staff Job Description

**Location:** Vadodara

**Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Responsibilities:**


1. **General Office Support:**

   - Perform a variety of clerical tasks to support daily office operations.

   - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

   - Manage incoming calls and emails, routing them to the appropriate staff members.

   - Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.


2. **Administrative Assistance:**

   - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff.

   - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

   - Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials.

   - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.


3. **Office Organization:**

   - Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including tidying up common areas and workspaces.

   - Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.

   - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth office operations.


4. **Data Management:**

   - Assist in maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

   - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

   - Organize and update databases and spreadsheets as directed.


5. **Support to Management:**

   - Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

   - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

   - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


**Requirements:**


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

- Proven experience in an office support role or similar position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.


**Preferred Skills:**


- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with invoicing or bookkeeping.

- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
