Job Title: Full-Time Recruiter / HR / Admin
Job Description:
- Manage hiring processes from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Provide office and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office activities and events to foster employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handling employee engagement initiatives and coordinating office activities.
- Providing administrative support including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with various office tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
