Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet our staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes. The Recruiter will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other channels.

3. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

5. Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.

6. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

9. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

8. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
