**Salary:** £21,525.25-£23,116.22 per year  


**Responsibilities:**  

1. **Record Management:** Maintain accurate and organized records of various documents, including invoices, receipts, and correspondence.

2. **Data Entry:** Input data into electronic systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. **File Maintenance:** Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

4. **Document Retrieval:** Retrieve requested records and information in a timely manner for internal staff and external stakeholders.

5. **Compliance:** Ensure that all record-keeping practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

6. **Communication:** Liaise with other departments or external parties as needed to gather or exchange information.

7. **Quality Assurance:** Perform regular audits of records to identify discrepancies or errors and take corrective action as necessary.


**Requirements:**  

1. Previous experience in records management, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.

2. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database software.

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

7. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
