**Job Title:** Office Assistant


**Location:** Salem


**Salary:** 24,000 INR per month


**Qualifications:**

- Minimum educational requirement: Above 12th grade

- Basic computer knowledge (proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred)

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred


**Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**

   - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

   - Greet and assist visitors to the office

   - Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

   - Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations

   - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office personnel

   - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed


2. **Office Management:**

   - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

   - Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable

   - Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines

   - Liaise with building management and external vendors for facility maintenance and repairs

   - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures


3. **Data Entry and Record-Keeping:**

   - Input and update data in electronic databases and spreadsheets

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expenses, invoices, and receipts

   - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting documents

   - Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical


4. **Assistance to Management and Staff:**

   - Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members as needed

   - Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events

   - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items

   - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management team
