 Job Title:Customer Care Executive


Qualifications:

- Minimum educational requirement: Above 12th grade

- Proficiency in basic English and Tamil languages

- Basic computer knowledge


Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers to provide information in a professional and courteous manner

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service


Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM


Location: Tidel Park


Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply


Salary: Up to 25,000 INR per month, based on experience and qualifications
