Qualifications:

• - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• - B.E in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

•    - Implementing QA/QC procedures and standards to ensure construction quality meets specifications.
•    - Conducting inspections and tests to verify compliance with project requirements.
•    - Documenting and reporting quality issues and suggesting corrective actions.

2. Planning and Billing:

•    - Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project managers.
•    - Monitoring project progress and budget utilization.
•    - Preparing and submitting bills of quantities (BOQ) and invoices as per contractual agreements.

3. Surveying:

•    - Conducting topographic surveys and site investigations to gather data for project planning and design.
•    - Utilizing surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS to establish precise measurements and layouts.
•    - Analyzing survey data and preparing reports for project stakeholders.

4. Site Engineer for Construction Projects:

•    - Overseeing construction activities on-site, including the erection of warehouses, industrial buildings, infrastructure works, and road works.
•    - Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure timely and quality execution of construction tasks.
•    - Solving technical issues and providing engineering solutions as they arise during construction.

Additional Information:

- Salary: 35,000 INR per month

- This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Candidates with prior experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in the construction of warehouses, industrial buildings, and road works, will be given preference.

- The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site and may need to travel to project locations as required.
