Job Description:

Paradigm is seeking a skilled Network Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Network Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing billing processes related to network services. Your primary duties will include verifying billing accuracy, reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing procedures and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify billing accuracy for network services.

- Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Generate invoices and ensure timely payments.

- Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize billing procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to network billing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in network billing or a similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Knowledge of network services and telecommunications industry (a plus).

Salary:  

$24 to $26 per hour
