**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth functioning of the production line.

2. Conduct regular quality control checks during the production process to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements.

3. Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment for all staff.

4. Monitor production processes closely, identifying any issues or deviations and making necessary adjustments to optimize output and minimize downtime.

5. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

6. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment maintenance logs, inventory levels, and quality control documentation.

7. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the production area, following sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

8. Assist in packaging, labeling, and other finishing tasks to prepare finished products for distribution according to customer requirements.

9. Participate actively in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

10. Comply with company policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and workplace conduct.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field is advantageous.

2. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, ensuring consistency in product quality and adherence to specifications.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and follow instructions accurately.

6. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.

7. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

8. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping purposes.

**Salary:** The salary for this position typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with variations based on experience, qualifications, and negotiation.
