Job Title: Hotel Assistant

Location: 3425 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95817, Bowl and Smoothie Hotel

Pay: $22.69 - $24.89 per hour

Job Description:

As a Hotel Assistant at Bowl and Smoothie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Service:** Providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs.

   

2. **Administrative Duties:** Handling reservations, managing guest accounts, and processing payments accurately.

3. **Housekeeping Support:** Assisting with housekeeping tasks such as room cleaning, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas.

4. **Maintenance Assistance:** Reporting maintenance issues promptly and assisting maintenance staff as needed.

5. **Safety and Security:** Ensuring the safety and security of guests and hotel property by adhering to established procedures and protocols.

6. **Team Collaboration:** Working closely with other hotel staff members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
