Salary: ₹20,000-₹45,000 per month (2.40Lakh to 5.5Lakh CTC per annum)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Setting and monitoring sales objectives of the team.
• - Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
• - Contributing to meeting sales targets.
• - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
• - Answering customer queries and mediating disputes.
• - Researching and sourcing potential clients, building long-term relationships.
• - Advising clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
• - Customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients.
• - Delivering approved policies to new clients and explaining benefits and risks.
• - Re-assessing policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events.
• - Keeping abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
